      Shipping Information

      Ink & Elk artwork is printed and prepared locally within Western Australia. All orders are delivered via Australia Post.

      Please note that we don't deliver to PO box addresses.

       

      Order Shipment Notification

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us.

       

      Order Packaging and Despatch

      Orders consisting only of A4 prints are sent flat in rigid A4 mailers made from heavy duty card.

      Orders containing A3 prints are rolled and sent in rigid kraft mailing tubes to prevent crushing and bending.

      Framed orders are packaged in thick kraft picture boxes with plenty of bubble wrap to keep the artwork safe.

      Depending on the items in your order, your order may despatch in more than one package to keep it safe from transit damage. This can result in different delivery time frames. The total shipping cost is always displayed at checkout.

       

      Processing and Delivery Times

      Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to fully process, print and prepare your order. 

      For Australian customers, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas, this time may be significantly longer.

      For International customers, the majority of orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days, however please allow up to 28 business days for delivery. This excludes time in customs if applicable and delays due to causes outside of Ink & Elk's control.

      We advise using Australia Post's postage & delivery times calculator before placing your order. Your parcel will be delivered from the postcode 6915.

      Print Only Orders

      Standard Shipping for orders containing prints only are delivered free, Australia wide! Your parcel will be delivered to your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery. A tracking number will be issued via email.

      If you are not available to receive your delivery, your package will be left in a safe place at your nominated address.

      The package will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the package is scanned as delivered and left at the nominated shipping address. Ink & Elk shall not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage once your package is delivered.

      Signature Required Shipping for orders containing prints only is $2.95 Australia wide. A signature is required upon delivery to your nominated shipping address. A tracking number will be issued via email.

      If you are not available to sign for your delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. 

       

      Framed Print Orders

      We calculate our postage for orders containing framed prints using flat rates based on the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be shown during checkout.

      If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of an attempted delivery, and your package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

       

      Gift Vouchers

      Gift Vouchers are sent via standard shipping in an envelope to your nominated shipping address, at a cost of $2.80 AUD. An Australia Post tracking number will be issued via email. Signature upon delivery in not available for this delivery service.

       

      International Shipping

      All standard A4 and A3 prints (unframed) ship internationally, with the exclusion of Russia, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Indonesia and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

      For standard prints, the following Economy Air shipping rates are available:

      • NZ: $9.95 AUD flat rate shipping
      • Canada: $17.95 AUD flat rate shipping
      • Rest of the World: $14.95 AUD flat rate shipping

      Economy Air is an untracked service. All custom fees, taxes and any additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.

      At this time, we cannot deliver framed prints or Gift Vouchers outside of Australia.

       

      Incorrect Address

      If there is an error with your address, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to amend it, however this is not always possible due to processing times.

      Ink & Elk does not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accomodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure all your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

        

      Missing or Damaged Order

      If you have not received your order in a reasonable time frame and believe it might be missing, please contact us with your order details and we will immediately look into it for you.
